Account and data deletion

Calio users can initiate a request to delete their account and related data. This page is designed to be publishable for store compliance and support clarity.

Delete inside the app

If the app includes an account deletion option in settings or privacy controls, users should be able to start the process there.

Delete through support

If in-app deletion is unavailable, users can submit a request through TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL.

Basic verification details may be requested to reduce the risk of unauthorized deletion.

Data that may be deleted

  • Account profile and sign-in related details
  • Meal logs, routine tracking data and preferences
  • Certain notes or user-generated entries

Limited retention

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security or operational reasons.
